We hope you adore your KUOTES pieces as much as we loved creating them. If something isn’t quite right, our returns process is clear, considered, and fair — just like our designs.

Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. 

Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact
  • Free from any signs of wear, including makeup, perfume, tan or damage

Items marked as “Sale” or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for return; however, they may be exchanged for a KUOTES gift card.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, regardless of any returns.

✉️ HOW TO START A RETURN

  1. Email returns@kuotes.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once authorised, you’ll receive instructions for sending your item back.
  3. Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
  4. You will be notified via email of the approval or rejection of your return.

EXCHANGES

Need a different size or style?
We offer free exchanges on all full-priced items.
Simply email us at returns@kuotes.co.uk, and we’ll hold your requested item while we await your return.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed and for the credit to appear on your statement. Processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.
If your return is approved, a £5.00 handling fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you believe your item is faulty:

  • Contact returns@kuotes.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Please provide your order number and clear images of the issue.

Fault classification:

  • Items are considered faulty if they arrive damaged or develop a manufacturing fault within 3 months of purchase.
  • Issues reported after this timeframe will be treated as general wear and tear.
